That time we helped build a brewery and a cool outdoors store

It’s been a little more than a year since Half Moon Outfitters (Beezer Molten) announced it was moving into a 14,000 square-foot, former auto parts store at 603 E. Stone Ave.

We were excited when SHLTR Architects (Tara Hile & Chelsey White) ask us to join the team of this dual owner project.  We were heavily involved in the retrofitting of the building and the parking/landscaping. The building will be the new Greenville home of the clothing and outdoor gear store. Our team did a little bit of everything on this project including working on the landscaping as well as providing design support on the building’s overall revamping.

But there is more than just Half Moon calling this home. Tetrad Brewing (Chad Tydings) also announced it will be locating its brewery at the Stone Ae venue. So, that was a first for our company. Doing the engineering for a brewery!

Other team members on this project are AJ Bright Construction (Greg Bruno).

As with all Zuendt Engineering projects, we look to provide our clients with the best value and service. We don’t take a cookie cutter approach to anything we do. We strive to be creative, responsive and receptive.
